Then there was BMW's rather poor attempt at a pepper pot on the Z3:

As an aside I wonder what other people's opinions are regarding a subject which was very close to my heart at one time and generated much debate at the rally club. The question is which of these two wheel options do you prefer?

Yes that's the one, but are there more :?: and if not what's the best wheels on a French car :?:, the BX's squashed seagulls?

And on the MK1 MG Metro too... Famous for loosing the plastic centre inserts... I lost loads when I owned one... I believe Ford Fiesta ones fitted the MG... Maybe an urban myth...

I preferred my 16V wheels to the squashed seagulls:

I'm generally very unimpressed with wheels, just things to keep the underbody off the ground.
The 'squashed seagulls I do like the look of, especially in a CX.

Far too difficult with just this to go on unless you really know your wheels...so straight off a bit more of a clue.

There will be better wheels, but this is a £450 car, and the wheels themselves with the patina are unique to this version of model.
So Whats this then :?: clues/more revealed with guesses. Precise model and version name required.
