That's it for me for the time being. My fingers are tingling and I have to take a break. I'll be astonished if I haven't posted at least one dupe there somewhere. In fact I have one more left but I think it may have been posted already and I'll wait for a list to be published.

Phew!

That's a fantastic effort Paul, topped the century already but you've clearly got too much time on your hands!! :-D
I have decided not to count the Detroit Spinners but not issue a yellow. The two Nirvana's both began with N whereas the D is the difference in this case. :-D

Who can forget the original recorders of that song, with just a hint of Bay City Rollers feel emanating unsurprisingly from Bill Martin and Phil Coulter the writers of the song as well as a number of "Rollers" hits. Highlighted but submerged earlier on one of my selections for the "K's"

Aah, Shaky. I was so consumed by the horror of the songs that I became blind to his solo-ness! :rofl2:

Thanks for the list. This is the one I wasn't sure about. The Sandpipers - Guantanamera

In an interesting aside "Guantanamera" written by Luis Agile has appeared on the Pickled Egg jukebox back in 2017 with the quest to go back to its roots. The most "original" I could come up with was by Josieto Fernandez and features on this link, along with the Sandpipers doing another Luis Agile song "Cuando Sale de Cuba" (When I left Cuba) which got morphed into "Once on a Sunday Morning" a fairly familiar ditty. I'm sure I can hear James Last and his Orchestra playing it even now. :-D

My information tells me that Christiano Spiller is a solo artist performing under the name of DJ Spiller. As such this does not qualify on two counts Steve!!
