No but I an argue that their name begins with A !! :-D
But, going by the initial rules, words such as The or A can be ignored (otherwise the T section would be overwhelmed by bands beginning with The). I would suggest that the group "A Tribe Called Quest" would fall into the T section.

Interesting and valid point James, I would accept it in the "T" section and I would agree that we do not wish to fill that with "The......." groups. Therefore I would amend my former comment to read "No but I can argue that their name begins with T" :-D

I will counter with a bit of kitsch. For some strange reason they never play this live! Altogether now "FLASH! ah-ah, saviour of the universe..."

Possibly the most appropriate Queen track for our forum:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Hell Razor5543 wrote: 16 Dec 2020, 06:06 Here are a few Queen songs;
One of which was "Seven Seas Of Rhye" done dusted.

But hands up if you knew at the end of Queen's debut album, a little over one minute instrumental track of the rudimentary Seven seas of rhye written by FM appeared. It was maybe the most significant piece of songwriting in the history of Queen which after a bit of tweaking appeared on Queen II including an appearance of a stylophone, an appearance on top of the pops, and subsequent release as a single which was a top ten hit for them.

Its there on you tube if you want to find it.

Barrel scraping from me, I'm afraid. You can't deny that this one starts with a 'Q' though

Quite a big list of Jazz related performers beginning with Q, but I wouldnt like to shove something up I didnt at least marginally like. I did really like the Quazar track I posted earlier, nice personal discovery for me.

The Pickled Egg Jukebox did produce a playlist of South Anerican hits some time ago, just for a little trip around world music and to get out of that room 101-esque phrase "comfort zone".

This to my ears is not unpleasant, not brilliant, but we dont often visit Brazil in our shenanigans on here, and they begin with Q so here it is.

Surprising that one of the fairly obvious ones is still left.

Much to my amazement 25 groups have appeared in today's efforts, and of course some extra Queen tracks to keep the music going. So now the calendar looks like this: :-D
Own work
Own work
Far more options available for the "R"s so my first pick is a track which has memories for me:

R E M
Everybody Hurts
