Yesterday was on Channel 26 yesterday. Today it's on Channel 27 and tomorrow it'll be on Channel 28

The old f4rts on the vintage radio forum were really getting themselves into a lather and choking on their Sanatogen at just how frequently Freeview retunes are needed these days

Seriously, I love Bangers and Cash, especially the delectable Sarah :D

I'll catch it on catch-up :) No Freeview for me as I have no aerial...

Just watched Bangers and Cash Series 3 Episode 3 on Catch-up, as I usually do. Excellent programme still with stories to tell after a couple of series. I think the Armstrong Siddeley is in good hands, you just have every confidence that the bloke who bought it going to do a good job. Loved his cereal packet template.....

 Love it!

Cereal packet cardboard is also very good for making gaskets ;)

Done it many times when a 'proper' replacement gasket is not available...

We used it to line our worn out shoes during the war.

Anyone been watching 'Truckers' on Amazon Prime?

It's a series following the trials and tribulations of a number of Eddie Stobart drivers as they go about their work...

Quite good in a chilled sort of a way and worth a watch...

It has a few girls in in it and the dedicated ranks of the Stobart fan club - latter day train spotters after the lorry fleet numbers - are a bit of an eye-opener!

I am watching my recording of last night's World's Greatest Cars on Quest. The topic is luxury cars and the first two were what you would expect, then the surprises start!! :)

Last outing for the old cast of ACGS in a repeat of the Christmas Special 1990. Set in the 50's. Siegfried has a Rover P4, James some sort of bulbous thing made by Austin of England and Tris buys a two tone Bentley open top job.

Getting an airing on bbcfour and on the i-player

On More 4 right now and starting on +1 at 19.50 Peter Davison and Christopher Timothy on a road trip through the Scottish Borders from Edinburgh to Hadrian's Wall. Certainly will interest the Northumbrian branch, I'm enjoying it now as I intend to rewatch the original Italian Job at 20.00 on 4 7 !! :)

Can't do ITV.
I did watch Marianne And Leonard last night (iPlayer). How Leonard Cohen was inspired by Marianne Ihlen.
It was all very sad,as he had been a part of our lives since I met my wife (she was 14) until she died, shortly before Leonard and Marianne did.
Our kids all loved him too but can't listen to him now, too many sad memories.

That's a real shame Steve but I know how you feel. Today would have been my eldest daughter's 45th birthday had she survived . The time passes but the memories never fade!!

That is even worse, to lose a child. I can't imagine that. In fact, I don't even want to try.
Condolences Mick.
