Sport Mick
I'm surprised I knew even vaguely that Wentworth was golfy and only as I was curious as to why they named the wagon thus.

If you have a C5 you may be interested in a paddle around some original C5 brochures
This site has a few

As a suggestion for your own original photography to mimic a brochure-esque style, perhaps a well-dressed lady in a large hat would show off the space and comfort in your own vehicle....

I showed SWMBO the original picture and she suggested she hasn't got a suitable dress!! Then I showed her Gibbo's and she said "I could do better than that!!" So you never know!!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

If well dressed ladies with large hats are difficult to find, as the sun goes down, a selfie with the setting sun sparkling through the crook of your arm might be an alternative

That's not going to happen on account of the fact that we have no sun today. You have it all up at St James Park!! Although that has brought a ray of sunshine into us Chelsea supporters as we hit the top of the league for a few hours!!

Re: The "C5" Gallery (Originals please)
Best one so far Mick....good effort. Currently metaphorically Newcastle aren't in the same league as Chelsea but in the lower reaches of mid-table with a bad run taking them into a relegation scrap and a good run up to middle mid-table. Occasionally they can surprise one of the upper eschelon. Its all about players and Chelsea at the moment have gathered together a pretty good crop.mickthemaverick wrote: ↑21 Nov 2020, 14:31 I tried......but she ran away when I got the camera out...

Its only right that I put up some shots of my fourth C5 even though I've sold it now!

Time to get the C5 gallery going again.
The C5 is a disappearing species, so here is a very rare spot for me, demanded photographing

The bit I liked best about my C5 Estate was the rear lights.

Random thread revival of the day.
Random.org is a brilliant tool, Takes all of the rational logical and biased element of a selection and adds that all important element of surprise. So out of a total of around 850 threads I have contributed to over the year the numbers came up for Page 2 thread 29 on my "your posts" list...

and for non C5 owners like yours truly.....see if you spot one today as you go about your day, camera in hand, and pre-primed to notice them.So today if you have a C5 could you do us the honour of taking a picture of it in whatever state its in as of today and post it up in the FCF C5 Gallery.
As ever standard of photography irrelevant, join in if you can.
Brochure shots of the interior with the setting sun glinting through the crook of your arm not compulsory.

Well i now own a C5
or should that be c-cinq?
VTR spec with manual air con!
2.0 HDi 110 auto, yes the AL4
an AL4 with 156k miles on it!
ignore the radio on the interior pic that was 2 months ago, it's properly installed now
nice example i must admit, and drives utterly beautifully! very very rare cars these days
