I just tried a new technique (to me) of capturing a TV image and I'm quite pleased with the result, Happy Birthday John:

I watched this documentary last night.

The Beatles-Made on Merseyside. Not a quote from John, but Paul right at the start had me chuckling.
with a nice piece of dead pan sarcasm!

In a stuffy question and answer session the Beatles were asked

"How highly would you rate your own music "

Paul......."We're not that very good musicians you know, we're adequate musicians, and we never claim to be very good musicians, We're adequate we're not very good."

"So whats the reason behind the tremendous popularity of your music Do they admire your talent "

Paul......"Well I don't know. Maybe they just admire adequate music you know."

Yes it certainly has Jim, things have been very quiet this year so it will be good to get back into it. Our visit during the September Stroll was cancelled due to lack of staffing at the site so it is good to see something happening!

Remember that the Freeview channels have recently changed. "Yesterday" has moved to channel 26. Today they will have a Triumph Herald convertible on "Bangers and Cash", at 20:00.
