Fingers crossed the MX3 goes in on Monday after benefiting from the 6 month extension but I don't want to leave it until midwinter for obvious reasons!! :)

Odd I didn't get a six month extension. Mine was due August 11th and they binned the scheme in late July.

Mine was due in June and they extended it until 25th December.

I had it done in late August.

Two of mine were done in March. The other two were due in April but got a six month extension. However, I got them both done during August. Three got new certificates but the Pug 306 failed on unbalanced rear brakes. I decided to leave the job with them. Much to my surprise, the fault was caused by one rear cylinder weeping fluid. Surprise- because only eight years ago, I renewed cylinders, shoes and cables.

It's always like that Mick even if you've checked it thoroughly before setting off.

When I was trading I just dumped them in unchecked and did what they told me needed doing. :)

My wife's 308 had the MOT done a couple of weeks ago while it was in to change the urea tank. I gave it the once over before taking it down as I couldn't stand the embarrassment of it failing for just a light bulb!
