Is it possible to check the rear hydraulic block for leakage, by looking at the amount of fluid being returned from it, along the return pipe . . . similar to Hydractive 2 rear blocks?
If it were very quiet you may be able to hear the leakage as the car is dropping so quickly.

Bugger - I was thinking that it was attached to the BHI but a separate entity.
I'm having similar issues with mine. ECU and pump are sold from dealers as one unit and they want about £1500 just for the replacement part not including labour of fitting and programming etc. The total quote for me was £2700 all in. See what the proper diagnostic from the dealers says mate then you know what the problem is and can make informed decision about what to do next.
Just took the car into Citroen today for a diagnosis (Parked it up after lockdown)
Report suggest it's just the sensor. Then on the phone the woman said it also needs the bracket which the sensor attaches to as it was rusty (extra £150) . It's a 10 year old car so things are going to be a bit rusty under there. Anyone know if this is maybe a bit unnecessary?

The part spanned by your fingers and thumb is the 'dogbone' link. It is connected to the bracket where your fingers are, the bracket is attached to the anti-roll bar. The 'dogbone' is also connected to the sensor, where your thumb is. The sensor is the part with the wires attached.
£17 and £150. Bit of a diff in price there. Been quoted just under £400 for the full job which is why I was hoping to get away with a wee scrub with a wire brush. But if this is a part that does wear out and need changing i'll have to go for it. Is there a specific name for the bracket?
