Rt4 inop.

This unit is the RT4 and RT5 system and is made by Magneti Marelli
Main differences between RT4 & RT5 - RT5 has Bluetooth Hands Free, faster Navigation calculation and on C4 & C4 Picasso only, USB ports and a High-Res screen.

So we really need to know what is not working. Is it he RT4 Head Unit or the multifunction display screen?

You really need to try and find the problem before swapping parts over, so have you used Diagbox / Lexia to run a diagnostic on the unit? This should identify any faults with the head unit or the screen.

Don’t forget if you have changed the RT4 for another unit it will need VIN coding before it will work properly.

You really need Lexia on it as third party diagnostics are not always able to read the manufacturer-specific codes. You may not be able to tell solely from looking at the RT4 if it's faulty or not, unless you're saying the radio or telephone isn't working for example. But as I said if you have swapped RT4 units over, you will need to VIN code the new unit for proper functionality before you can test it.

The BSI won't be at fault or I suspect you'd have other issues.
