Is it a petrol? Some dont have a normally replaceable filter, just a strainer in the tank. If there is no return line on the fuel rail there won’t be a filter.

This model (TU3E5) has an integral fuel filter within the gauge / pump module.

Peugeot stopped fitting external replaceable fuel filters on petrol models about 18 years ago.

Actually they still do have them on petrol engines across the PSA range - it depends on the model and engine. Some will have the fuel filter inside the gauge and others will have an exterior filter as you can see below, item (9):
fuel feed.PNG
Where fitted, it's usually hidden as it's on the fuel line exterior to the fuel tank and not immediately visible.

This is from an EP6CDT Prince Engine fitted to the C5 X7, but there are loads of other models.

The “find the fuel filter” argument has been going on for years. Yes, you will find it listed on parts pages, but I’ve never found one on UK models? I think you will find them on African, Asian and other regions where fuel can be not so clean.

That's quite likely, I mentioned it because we do have a large international membership, so would be applicable to others following the thread.
