Citroen c4 1.6 hdi automatic electrical fault

Hello i have a 2007 citroen c4 1.6 hdi automatic. The issues i believe are electrical but if you can point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it. Ever so often i lights on the dash appear with the word stop. The most common one is the temperature gauge over heating with the word stop. so i stop and then it goes back to normal operating temperature. Ive had it plugged in with various faults. it came up with the egr and the temp sensor so i had that replaced but the problems persist, still coming up with the egr, cooling and various others. it does not affect the way the car drives but its driving me mental. anyone had the same issue that could help. someone said possibly the ECU.

abs/ebd light on sometimes
