So you say the fuse has not blown buy you don't have 12v at the pump?

yes, the fuse is okay.
Maybe it can be a relay?

Ezmir, measure the voltage at the pump fuse. One end should have 12v the other end also the same. If its 0 v then fuse problem.
If both is 12v then measure at the pump connector and see if you got 12v. if you get 0 v here probably the power transistor or the relay is faulty. Here you can cut the positive wire to pump and connect a 12v to the pump and see if pump runs. the pump have a thin wire thats enable the pump i think its 12v but cannot remember. You can check the voltage of the thin wire before doing anything to see if the enable signal is there.
Citroen and peugeots generally have bad fuse connections and electrical connector . A fuse could be good but the contacts usually loosen and oxidise with age. It is the number 1 reason why they have a bad reputation in the reliability scores.

I did and i got DC trough the fuses.
There is one fuse F13 and also i found G39 which is also to the pump.
Booth of them are ok.
I want to found what starts the pump.
Where is the relay located ?

Ezmir, from your last pix beside the main 2 pin plug that powers the motor, on the right is a pin thats enable the motor.I can,t remember but likely it needs 12v to enable the motor power. You can power up the motor directly this way independent of the computer control by supplying 12v to the main connector and a 12v to the pin on the right
I got a feeling your BSI part which control the power to pump motor is faulty, I never open it up before so I can,t help.
