The sticker in the cab is an svtech plate. It just feels wrong all over though. We removed a 100kg Honda generator from the van and it's still 300kg over. :D

Ok, so these are the official weights for this vehicle body type (Cab)
Cab chassis 18Q average wheelbase
Type code232K92
ENGINET8ADJ5T
Unladen weight in running order (?)1635
- on the front axle1255
- on the rear axle380
Gross vehicle weight (GVW)3500
(?): These weights may vary depending on the equipment
Maximum admissible load
- on the front axle1850
- on the rear axle2120
Gross train weight5100
Weight of the trailer within the limits of GVW
Trailer without brakes750
Trailer with brakes1600
Payload (including the driver)1865
Bear in mind there are a multitude of options for these vans, they were supplies in all sorts of chassis designs, length, glazing and panel options. They were available as cabs, double cabs, vans etc.

So the above is what I have for your engine and cab type as listed. But the van could of been modified and hence why it may have a separate plate on to reflect the modifications from a custom coach builder.

But parts wise, this shouldn't come into it, assuming nothing mechanically has been altered on it. We can get the available PSA part numbers you may need from the VIN.

The Clutch Cable (5) was either part 2150T8 for the BVM ME Gearbox or 2150L3 for the BVM MG5T Gearbox (Long 1734)
Both these parts showing as no longer available from Citroen.

The Speedo cable (2) was part 6123J8 - again no longer available.

Anything marked as NFP are no longer available from Citroen.

That doesn't mean you can't get parts - just not from Citroen any longer. You at least have their part numbers and may be able to use these to help locate aftermarket substitutions.

The additional problem here is the age of the vehicle and at a time when a lot of the data was not transferred over to the electronic system. Another issue it would appear is the type of gearbox fitted - this may vary according to original specs, so they list all the compatible boxes - so I have put the diagrams and the part numbers up as I can't tell you exactly which box you have.

It is very likely that this vehicle is fitted with the MG5 gearbox, as it was the only gearbox fitted to the Citroen XM with the 2.5TD engine, The ME gearbox would not have been strong enough.

The recently added mechanics' handbooks will help in identifying both engine and gearbox.

Hi there, I need some part numbers for the three piece clutch on this van? Do I need to pay any more to find them out?

No, your contribution will cover you for up to 2 years. However, as I think I mentioned, data on this older engine is not as comprehensive as later models, as the part nunmbers are only internal PSA part numbers - which in a lot of cases here are no longer available given the age of the vehicle.

Here are the associated part numbers: The numbers on the table far left represent the numbers of the parts on the diagram.
