Ok, so:

The left bank on a LHD car is for the Status Check / Logs, Ultrasonic Alarm Sensor Disabling, and for Parking Space Gap Measurement.
The right hand bank on a LHD vehicle was later used for STOP START vehicles. Only the middle button was used for the ECO function, to temporarily disable the Stop Start system. The switch blocks are all different (even for the blanked ones) depending on if the Services Module, Additional Programmable Heating or Stop Start options were fitted.

So although it is blanked, I can't tell which version you have even though it is not functional.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Mine has the Webasto heater and the NG4 SOS thingy, if thats what you meant. I also saw these buttons on a real C5 where it switched/dimmed the interior lights.

theres also this picture, with the ECO OFF and ESP button

Theres no real way to figure out mine, right? Well apart of taking the whole dash out and backtracing the wiring...
Would it be stupid to wire up to a button and see if it works?

Ok, the reason why these changed, as the last production run had the Touchscreen Option. Because of this, they removed some of the controls from the centre console and moved them to the button bank either side of the steering wheel as you can see from below:
X7 Controls.PNG
For C5 X7s without touch screen systems, the top row of buttons were used (1-4)
For C5 X7s with touch screen systems, the bottom row of buttons were used (1-6)

So you can see (4) is the AFIL (Lane Wandering), (5) is for Stop Start vehicles and (6) is for ASR / DSC

Be aware that these will have different electrical harnesses, so don't experiment if you want my advice or you could cause problems.

I mean, they are doing gods work finding these stuff and documenting it so nicely. They made some crazy guides.

Also i found like 20-25 cables cut just before the BSI. I keep wondering what those are :) One day..
The right bank had pre wiring with a connection block, (where i put the 508 switch), stragely they are all connected to the BSI. :|

Good day Mark
My car is a citroen C5x7 exclusive. I recently installed the smeg+iv2 (as in the photo). I have bought the front as well as the vol+- switches.
I want to move the ESP-Parking off-AFIL switches to the right of the steering wheel to complete the work. For this reason, I am asking you for the part number of the switches that I mention at the beginning of my post. I know that I have to extend the cables of the existing one switch.
The vin: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Thanks for your help.

I can't advise as to the correct one you need, as your car never had this setup from factory and of course you are trying to retrofit this.

The multifunction switch blocks perform different functions (Stop / Start / Programmable Heating etc.), which your car doesn't have, so all I can do is provide you with the multifunction Block switch part numbers shown in the diagrams for items (2, 7 & 10) and the descriptions.

You'll have to work out the one you need:

Item (2)Item (7)Item (10)
Switch Block 2.PNG
Switch Block 7.PNG
Switch Block 10.PNG

Good evening and Thank you Mark for your effort. I'm sorry but I'm only interested in the specific spare part in the photo, regardless of vin.
