Citroen Documentation Backup - problem

Hi,

When activating the Citroen documentation backup and pointing on Xantia the selection buttons between Xantia and Xantia II are far away from the Xantia and when trying to move the mouse cursor to one of "Xantia" or "Xantia II " than all of the buttons disappear. In order to make it operable the selections buttons should be dropped right next to the Xantia button ( The RED button in the picture ). Any one knows how to sort it ?

It's probably your graphic drivers or your browser out of date Zohar.

Can it be related to the Java script version ? Regarding the browser it is Microsoft internet explorer . Can I re-link it to Chrome ?

It's a bit old now - and browser support for that programme is a bit twitchy. It will be trial and error - but won't harm to try.

Which browser are you using? I think that only IE 8 and 9 are fully compatible.

Yes,that should be possible. Edge is not compatible.

Hi,

I found a solution. I set the screen resolution to 800x600 and then the Xantia selection type ( MK 1 or MK 2 ) dropped on the Xantia . After selecting MK II i revert to the normal resolution and all is OK.
