I claim my 50 points I actually didn't find it too bad at all. I take a John Peel-esque view to music - there's not really any such thing as bad music*, just music played at the wrong time or wrong volume.mickthemaverick wrote: ↑11 Oct 2019, 19:48 Those tracks remind me of the music they use for background on e-cards from posh card sites! Now I know why. I managed 14 mins before surrendering! 50 points to anyone who can last the course. You'll have earned them
* I'll make a few exceptions though, some of this modern music they play on the pop charts doesn't do it for me

50 points awarded and you have my deepest admiration. That falls under the category of 'music played at the wrong volume'. i.e. If I can hear it, then it's at the wrong volume

Re: P.E.Jukebox your selections please
Arminka Helić was on Desert Island Discs today. Not that I knew who she was beforehand, but a thought-provoking story to tell. A refuge from the conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
One of her choices was Fast Car by Tracy Chapman, which just happened to be on a record player in her room when she first reached "safety" on fleeing the conflict. Never really listened to the lyrics of Fast Car before, but its thrust is escaping with the hope of making a better life.

This being the PE Jukebox though lets not pick out the obvious choice, try something different from her selections.
