I think I was followed by one through Farnborough last week. In the rear view mirror I thought it was a Fiesta with a blanked off grill!! Certainly didn't even clock it as an electric car, let alone a ***** in case anyone's still thinking! :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Still don't like it in white...especially given black is the default colour and any other colour including white is an additional charge! (so why not get a nice colour instead of white if you're paying extra  )
I saw a white one on a 69 on the M73 yesterday lunch time - quite possibly the same car? I'm sure it was a '3' rather than an 'S' as I saw it in the mirror first off, and it had that sort of flat concave front... I slowed down to let it pass, then followed it for a bit

I love it when a random FCF thread results in real life odd behaviour! :-D

Spotted a White Zoe in a twilight traffic jam, and noticed its rear red lights. Probably very easy to identify one at night from the rear. Sort of like this.

also followed behind a Black Tesla Model S, leafs are an everyday sight too common for a mention :-D

Indeed.
I've just spent ages clearing our front entrance and path of them. Filled a wheelie bin last week. Garden is still obliterated though, only did the paths until it is time to clear everything from the gardens for winter.
Problem is new roses being delivered later today :(

The Habitual BMW I 3 at Marks and Spencers
and seeing as it only has one "filler" flap it hasn't got the optional extra of a range extender!

Both versions have the charging socket flap on the rear right quarter, the Rex version has the petrol filler flap on the front right quarter so if it has both flaps it’s a Rex if it only has a flap at the rear it’s battery only!

Nissan E-NV200. Newcastle University logoed up vehicle. Surely there is a reasonably sized market, even for EV's with not a great deal of range to dominate in the sort of short journey stuff in and around town.

AS indicated before currently made in Spain with Sunderland batteries. Nissan may be going through a bit of a "retreat to Japan fall back position" and beginning to whinge maybe in the hope of getting "special assistance".

I reckon they could sell a lot of vans in the UK if they got their act together, and could easily produce them at Sunderland. Boo Hoo if the Quashqai and the X-trail go the journey, they are going to soon enough.

I have to agree about the lack of a "sarky" emoticon. I've used the rolling eyes followed by the wink in the past but a defined one would be much better!! :-D

As to the colour scheme options : all green defeats the original purpose for having yellow and the two with green dot or bar don't really convey the meaning. I'd be tempted to go for standard plates with the well known red "lightening" sign for electricity at either end, something like this:
