Try clicking the photo then use the left/right arrow keys.
Firefox works either option.

There was something about this which made me take notice and take a photo. I bow to superior knowledge of those who know about all things Mazda, but I dont think I have seen one in this rather gorgeous colour before.
I'd say it was good looking, but is it modern enough to be "on topic"?

Nice colour that Neil, it is a fourth generation MX5 which has been around for about 5 years I believe. The roadster was built first and then they brought out the hard top version a couple of years ago. As it is still current I'd say it can count!! :) :) :)
Unlike my MX3 which is 25 years old but note the overall shape similarity!!:

But I like it!! :-D

I'd be tempted by an electric Fiat 500, some time

Only sold in USA though, and personal imports to Europe, none in this country.

New version coming soon apparently, will they sell that here?

Autocar has an article on the new FIAT e-500 here. As with most of the new EV offerings they are hoping to sell in a price bracket over £24,000 up to £30,000. Not yet the car for the masses.

This is a Ford Mustang Bullitt, probably around £50,000 ish, certainly stood out, and turned my head enough to take a photo, liked the Cue Ball gear shifter knob.

It struck me the other day that the only modern car I really like is a Mercedes CLS.
mercedes-cls-amg-line.jpg
Even then, I prefer it's predecessor, really swoopy, droopy and sad looking.

Couple of current Jags are quite nice - but they're no longer special (at least to look at) like they were in the '50's & '60's - or even '70's & '80's. Only thing still in the showrooms I'd willingly have now is probably a Dodge Challenger, although the current Cactus has a certain je ne sais quoi - BUT, it has to be black!

One of my neighbours has a 10 reg Honda Accord which I've always thought was very stylish...……….it might though be just the colour that makes it look special, a very rich ruby red.

The car's tucked away in her back yard and on sorn at the moment and she's driving an Audi, not sure why.

because of perceived prestige.

Seems like an ideal opportunity to sneak in an "Audi drivers deserve each other" tale: Friday evening & I'm doing about 45 in the outside lane of a fairly busy 40mph dual carriageway; there's an Audi behind flashing his lights & as there's a Transit immediately in front of me & we're 100yds or so from a camera I decide I'll do the decent thing I pull over - except I can't, because there's another Audi coming up on my inside; as he passess I pull in behind him, whereupon he pulls out in front of the Audi that's still trying to pass, whereupon realising he's baulked by the Transit, pulls back, ironically now behind me, to pass the Transit on the inside, leaving the 1st Audi stuck behind it. That bit of the A20 between the S. Circular & the M25 is the worst bit of my drive down to Devon, if I'm that early, but all those shenanigans lightened my mood no end.
