In general, or should I say without exception the "My Other Car is a......" stickers are uninteresting and unfunny in equal measure.

From a long set of images of such things this did capture my interest in a "What on earth is it on about?" fashion.

Then I learn that the Budweiser Cyldesdales are a "thing" first introduced to "celebrate" the ending of Prohibition in 1933, and Budweiser maintain one of the largest Clydesdale Horse herds in the world.

Odd coincidence but I stared reading a book about a secret bunker a couple of days ago.
Possibly the same one.

There were a lot of them, when we were kids just at the end of the war we found a manhole lid in the park where we played, one of the lads lifted it and we all went down the iron rung steps, there was a big room, and a huge table with dozens of telephones.

Of course some of the lads started playing with the phones and within a couple of minutes a car load of cops arrived and turfed us all out. :-D

This place is well worth a visit if bunkers are your thing. I was so taken with it last year I went back twice to revisit, especially the communications rooms!!

Yep, I know the place well and have spent a few days in there going through the owner's archive doing research. It's a great place to spend a wet day looking at various Cold War items :-D
