Hello everyone,
I have a ds5 2012 and I seem to be having an issue with bluetooth streaming. The calls are working and the music can be heard but there is no information on the screen. It just says the name of the phone I use next to a bluetooth symbol. Do you have the same or is there an issue?
If there is an issue how can it be rectified?
Many thanks
Panos

Re: Bluetooth streaming
Panos, the RT6 does not display track or other info with the bluetooth streaning profile. It is not supported. It should however display this information when playing from a USB source instead.

Hi Marc,
Thank you for your reply. Even if I plug my android via USB it still doesnt display anything...I read about the citroens of that year only supporting iPhones and blackberries and not androids but was hoping a firmware update would sort that. I think I was overly optimistic

Re: Bluetooth streaming
If you have a USB socket in the DS5, then plug in a memory stick with your MP3 files and they should work. Some Apple music players may be compatible (depending on software and the firmware of the RT6). Check your car manual - it will state the formats and more importantly the bit rate that the unit supports.
