I think we are talking about different things here.
For a start the OP has a EW10J4 engine which is completely different to the one shown in his last picture which is an EW10A engine.
Chalk and cheese.
But if you are talking about the Fixing units, then the following is the correct one for the OPs engine:

No procedure for the tensioner, but the book time is only 0.9 hours, of which 0.7 hours is replacing the aux belt - so it can't be very hard!!

Hi.
So ... the plot thickens. I took the right wheel off today along with the protective wheel arch plastic. Took the tensioner out and I was all happy because the bit on the tensioner broke. I was already doing the celebratory dance. After further inspection I noticed that the left fastening spot became loose and it just fell in my hand. The dancing was over...
I have a mechanic coming over tomorrow for his opinion. What do you guys think? Will probably give it to a shop to fix this...

Looked at the pictures and the bits seem to be the from the same type of part, could someone have been there before and not removed the previous broken bit, does look a fair bit battle worn.
Could it just have been left there or maybe someone thought it was a spacer and left in situ after a previous replacement ?

That's a bugger, but it's not a total disaster. It looks like it's part of the engine mount (No 9 in the diag Bobbins posted), here's a pic of used one from e-bay, you can see the two threaded holes at the bottom for mounting the tensioner
It should be easy enough to replace - put a jack under the engine, remove the 4 star bolts on the inner wing, and the ones on the top of the mount, then remove the 5 bolts for the mount. Even if you haven't got a jack and the right socket for the star bolts I doubt a mechanic would charge more than an hour to change this. It's widely used, eg for Citroen:

I don't think I will be tackling this myself except for the used part hunt. This engine is so crammed it is a nightmare to work on. Especially as a learning project. I need to find a back alley workshop because big shops charge around 100 eur per hour for labour.

Is there another piece missing? Or have you already removed it? There should be a big free wheel pulley above the alternator (presumably where the power steering would have been before they switched to electric) - circled in the diagram below:

Yeah I removed that pulley to have a better look and access. It was just a single bolt in the middle.

Sorry my bad. No it is still Svensk Kronor ofcourse. I was thinking euros are an easier conversion to pounds since most of this forum is British I suppose? I'm bad at SEK to GBP conversion. So in SEK it would be around 800-1000 per hour depending on workshop.

If I was to tackle this myself what kind of a jack do I need for the engine? I might rent the jack for the day.
Citroen official service said this part that I need is not available in Sweden. I wil go part hunting on Monday morning. Probably looking at a 2 hour drive one way.
I have most of the tools except the big star bolt attachment.

To remove the engine mount, you just need to take the weight of the engine under the sump so that the engine does not drop when the top mount is removed. A cheap trolley jack with a suitable piece of wood on top should do the job. Do not jack the engine too high, as the engine mounts are not designed to carry the weight of the car, and the rubber mounts may tear if that happens.
While removing the engine mount you should have the front of the car supported on axle stands so that the suspension cannot change the hight of the car when the weight of the engine is taken by the jack.

So I suppport the engine while all the wheels are on the ground and then I install the axle stands?
By the front of the car do you mean under the car behind the front wheels? Do the front wheels have to be off the ground?

I would put the car on axle stands first, then put the jack under the engine, and raise the engine just a few millimetres to take the weight.
Also be aware that the top engine mount holds the engine fore and aft, so with it removed the engine may want to move around a little bit.
