We'd probably need some pictures - impossible to tell on a forum without inspection or being able to see it.

It could be a crankshaft oil seal leak - though that's normally one for the 2.0Hdi.

When my crank case oil seal went it contaminated my clutch, as they invariably can do - as that's why I took it back as the clutch and DMF had not long been done and I was getting some clutch slip again! Thankfully under warranty.

The leak is seen right under det gearbox, coming from the engine part. If there were the crank case seal wouldnt it be around the wheels and belt area?

Will take some pictures next week. And update you guys. Just bought this car so, Im complaining to the seller and hoping he will take the costs. Crossing the fingers

Fingers crossed here for you too.
If Norwegian consumer laws are anything like Sweden or here you stand a good chance of getting it fixed.

There's a crank shaft seal at either end of the engine - it's easier to see if the one at the pulley end is leaking, whereas the one at the gearbox end is hidden by the gearbox bellhousing. There are (normally) only 3 possible sources of oil if oil is dripping from between an engine and gearbox - the crankshaft oil seal, the gearbox seal, or the clutch slave cylinder. I'm not aware of many crank shaft oil seal failures on the 1.6 engine, but they do go on the 2.0Hdi engines. It depends how fast it's dripping as to how much of a problem it is.

Aha, now it makes sense. But the mechanic tells me to change the clutch at the same time. And maybe the flywheel if its needed replacement.

Clutch and flywheel change would be reasonable under the circumstances. Most of the hard work to change the crankshaft seal is involved in removing the gearbox just so you can get to the seal. Once you've got the gearbox out of the way you may as well change the clutch and (probably) flywheel - though the parts for those would cost around £200-£500 in the UK depending where bought. The clutch and flywheel maybe contaminated with the leaking oil - which would mean the clutch is more or less unserviceable now.

The total cost including mechanic costs will be around 2000 pounds. Its a lot.
But what do you mean , that the oil leakage demage the clutch and flywheel?

The oil can contaminate the clutch friction material, once the friction material is contaminated, the only real option is to replace the clutch components. Your car almost certainly has* a dual mass flywheel and these wear with normal use. They are supposed to last well over 100 000 miles, but you might as well have it replaced as your mechanic will have to remove your old one to get at the crankshaft oil seal, so he might as well fit a new one when he puts it all back together.
* - it's possible, though unlikely, that your car has already had a replacement single mass flywheel fitted. These don't wear out like the dual mass flywheels, but they can cause vibrations in the car. Some people will say they are fine and have no problems with them, some people will say they caused vibrations in their car - personal choice in the end :)

But how will you know the symptoma of a bad clutch caused by a leakage from the crankshaft oil Seal? :-)

Clutch slipping is the usual symptom.

I knew something was wrong with mine as I had the clutch and Dual Mass Flywheel replaced and after 17,000 miles the clutch started slipping again - when they had it in to do the clutch again, they noticed the oil leak and the contamination on the clutch friction material that had caused the slipping. So I ended up having the crank case oil seal done under warranty and all the labour, but paid for just the new clutch myself.

My clutch is not slipping at all. Only that the clutch reacts when the clutch pedal is little bit high. Maybe a clutch who needs replacing.

Best to source the cause of the oil leak first, as these are only possibilities. I didn't know how long mine had bean leaking before it contaminated the clutch. So sooner rather than later is the best way to go.
