That's the TPMS ECU Stu, the Parking Assistance ECU is stored to the right of the spare wheel.

The Tourer does have the connection point on the LH side though. That's where I plugged my kit in.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Yes on the left for the BSR unit. Below you can see the unit from a distance - ignore the battery at the bottom, this is from a V6 where the batteries are stored in the boot.

I have read on another post that the brake switch?? in the passenger footwell can cause a similar problem??
