Really? You use so little? I bought 20 litres from our local factors back in October and it's pretty much finished!

Maybe we ought to have an MPGSW check...

Miles Per Gallon of ScreenWash :)

I use very little... A gallon lasts a year or more with me...

I use loads, but then again I do drive up and down the filthy section of the A4 near Twyford and the M4 towards Heathrow most days

For the veggie burners, I notice ALDI now stocks 5L for about £4.50. It's in their specials/surprise aisles so grab it while you can as it might not last?

I was going to say, a 5 litre bottle lasts me about 3 weeks in the winter...

I've noticed higher washer consumption on the C5 compared to the Xantia which I put down to more generous-sized nozzles and a timed squirter system that deliver more than I ask for.

Don't store it diluted in the boot in a plastic milk container, I did and clearing my tat out of the car ready to sell it on I found the spare wheel floating in screenwash, the damned stuff had dissolved the bottom out of the plastic bottle.

I drive over 1000 miles a month Jim, so 3 weeks is 750 miles of dirty, salted roads!

The nozzles are mounted on the wiper blade itself and are pretty generous so consume quite a bit per squirt I think...

I filled the Picasso's washer bottle last Friday evening. It ran dry on me today . It holds about 4 litres. It's now full again.

Yes. About the same as me then. I reckon on a week per fill of the washer bottle which is usually about 350 miles.

So, another post that was submitted, appeared on screen - & is no more! Really can't be bothered to replicate rambings on washer fluid (do I hear deep sighs of relief?) but just 2 points: I omitted "concentrate" from my original post (so that makes 75 litres down on the English Riviera!) AND, don't screen wash & milk come in the same plastic containers? (NO! I don't mean mixed)

This coming Sunday (11/02) Lidl are doing a few car care items;

While those of a culinary mind might find these useful;

Meanwhile Aldi are (to some extent) combining the two this coming Thursday (08/02), including a motorcycle cover for anybody who recently bought a motorcycle!;
