On my TUD I had a metal rod that was tightened with allen keys. On my XUD the tensioner moved freely with a bit of leverage. This DW8 one doesn't seem to have either.
Could anyone point me towards a way to slacken off the belt?

(5) Retractor Roller
(7) Retractor Roller
(8) Tensioner Alternator
(70) Pin
