Here is the pinning that I am referring. For me, it worked. BUt I don't agree on the designation of the big connector as being a Fakra, as you can see there in the link.

http://rt4.wikidot.com/pinouts

What is very very strange for me is that the fan from the RT6 is not stopping. I have locked the car and after 2 hours unlocked. And it was turned on, I was able to hear it inside. Why? Is it normal?

And here a photo:

Hi Vlad

Ok you will get problems until it is coded to the system - for sure. What version of Diagbox do you have now? - I have the updates if you need these.
Regarding the USB - the donor VIN does not show a USB cable - just the port in the armrest - with cover. On your Sepc. there is a USB cable connecting the USB port to the RD45 unit (via the quad lock), not separate. So I'm not sure how you will get around this. Whether you can get a USB connector and wire in the connections from your old cable and plug that into the RT6 port might be an option. Any updates (maps or firmware) will have to be undertaken via the CD drive until you can find a solution.

As for the Fan - the fan will stay on after you stop the car until the unit is cooled down or economy mode kicks in. But until you have all the correct options coded using Diagbox, you will start to have unexpected behaviour. The system will not fully accept the unit until coded - I would therefore make that a priority, or you will end up with a flat battery. I would switch it off until you have got this done.

Unfortunately I have an oldier version of Lexia, and I can see just RT3,4,5. Maybe my cable will work with a completely new version? Diagbox perhaps? I have do solve the VIN adaptation quick, I am concerned of the issue with Fan...and so on..

And regarding this fan, I went to the car after two hours of being stopped and after unlocking the car, the fan was still running. Therefore there are two possibilities: In is never stopping , which seems a problem or it is stoping by itself and starting when unlocking the doors.

First good new: The fan is getting stopped after 4 minutes of locking the car. Tried by locking me inside, So this is a solved issue. Regarding the USB port, I have found from the donner the grey connector. It has 4 pins/wires.

Great news on the USB port. and Yes, I was going to say the the BSI wakes up certain vehicle ECUs when unlocked in readiness, so this might be the reason - my NG4 Navidrive 3D does similar.

Ok, so back to the Diagbox issue. What version of the software are you running? Look in the top right hand corner of Diagbox and it should tell you the version. Are you running Diagbox or Lexia, or launching Lexia from within Diagbox? A screen shot will help if you are not sure.

I am running Lexia, it has a yellow icon and the symbol of Citroen is on it, in red.

But right now I am trying to install Diagbox 7.82....Would this work with my interface cable?

I would remain down at 7.58, as (from what I have read here and elsewhere) higher versions seem to need their 'hands' holding by PSA servers for some things (and the list is increasing).

Vlad - Do NOT update to this version - stick to 7.58 or 7.62 but no further - this should cover the RT6 unit. Larter versions (the one you are referencing above is actually a version 8 and will have reduced telecoding capabilities.) I don't know how old your VCI is and what revision it is.

Thank you for this advice. Let's hope that I will be able to activate it.

I will install 7.02 and after that an update from 7.00 to 7.57. Is this right?

Lexia won't cope with RT6, you definitely need Diagbox. Install V7, which should update to V7.02, then update to 7.58.

And here one important question from my side:

Shall I go to config and insert the VIN or go to Installation and install RT6 with its complete steps?

If the system is activated already, the 7.58 update will just apply the udpate.

Once updated and restarted, when you launch Diagbox and the VCI is connected it should detect the VIN. If not, you'll have to enter it manually.

Run a Global test and then select the Audio / Head Unit ECU and go into this to check the parameters.
