Middle one is the Alarm/Central Locking ECU, bottom one is the Cooling Fan Controller ECU...
All for an S1.. Top one I'm not 100% sure of. Was it mounted in the driver's door? If not, where was it?

Number one looks like a CPH module from a mk 2.

The top one looks similar to the c/l ECU from my old XM. That was under the glovebox.

Not a clue where No1 was....but it must me an interior fitting being clean/no rust.

Will give you the impression that it's the alarm recieving unit (number 1)
It's familiar, I think I found one under the passenger seat.
If you have the plips that go with 2 keep them all together. They are repairable but it's far easier to swap the ECU and use the pre paired plips. Ecu2 is where the plip code is stored.
