I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but worth looking at
www.tecnosir.com
http://www.tecnosir.com/ammortizzatori_ ... matici.php

David Hallworth has some valves for regassing green balls, can't remember if they are technosir.

If you need to pressure check spheres I have the proper Citroen device for doing this, on loan to a certain Citroen specialist in Welwyn Garden City.

Another vote for Tecnosir. They also sell the mating hose, as a spare part for their C720 regassing/pressure check tool.

If you're building your own Alasdair, just build a clone of mine... The only special bit is an adaptor to mate the gauge to 4.5mm pipe.. I turned one up on the lathe and brazed it together.

As I did for my in-line pressure gauge...

I can do the same for you...

I was only going to offer to make you the gauge adaptor :)

I will bring mine down next visit, no worries at all :)

I will build it Jim......we have still a few spheres to test (the C5 ones) and I have a stock of spheres now as well so would like to test those as well.

I can photograph yours (as it will be down here) so I can copy it................:)

Of course and naturally but remember mine is built with a sinker pump and an FDV regulator so yours, if you use a 6+2 pump and normal regulator, will differ in minor details which I'll explain when I see you...

Still unsure exactly what you're after, Alasdair.
If it's the valve that screws into a sphere top (to replace the OE plug) and which allows regassing, then get them from Tecnosir. Quick enough delivery from Italy. Also pretty much the default valve to use for this these days.
Unless you need something else...

Nope, it is the dialled gauge that measures the pressure in the sphere......sorry I assumed

That will be fine. For sphere testing, get the 100bar/1500psi version, Alasdair.
