I have access to the offline database and a Citroen account.
Doing a google search brings up quite a few of these parts - so availability doesn't seem an issue - albeit mostly in Poland as one would expect!

Try the above link and register, you will be able to use the free services which include parts search. Just simply put your VIN into the search and your vehicle will come up.
