1985 305 saloon rear strut top mount

Hi guys. I'm really struggling to find the above for my pug. The old one has completely rusted away and replacements aren't listed anywhere.

Does anyone know a fix?

Appreciate any advice.

I have just emailed meyle with the dimensions to see if they have anything of a similar spec in their back catalogue. Let you know the results... here's some pics in case any of you know of an alternative that may be available for Citroen, Talbot etc...

Unfortunately there appears to be no solution right now.

Surely a car can't die because a twenty quid top mount can't be replaced?

serie04 list this for the 204/304,unfortunately they don't show a top mount for a 305? The answer is to find the Peugeot part number for yours.
The one in my image is 5165.19 which is a supersession of 5165.12 & 5165.21.

Unfortunately 309, 205 and 405 had a different set up which is fitted to the 305 estate/van but not the saloon.

The 304 part looks to be quite different.

I had one go like that on a Visa 20 years ago - managed to buy a whole car for £30 and break it, which was less than the cost of the part new from Citroen!

304 and 305 (SALOONS) had the same type of rear strut suspension. 305 estates & vans,309,205 etc had completely different suspension.Comparing my image of the 5165.19 mount with what's left of yours is hopeless.I've searched all over,found loads of 304 ones and then I can't find out if they fit 305`s.This is strange? the 305 is the later car.
All I can suggest is talk to Dean Hunter at http://www.peugeotparts.co.uk/ he has plenty of the 5165.19 mountings in stock and he will know if they will fit a 305. If it doesn't he may have a mount that does fit a 305.Dean definitely knows his Peugeot`s.

The part numbers are 5164.21 and 5165.25. If you want the nuts and washers then they are 6961.05 and 6932.16.
