OK at the moment, but have had this twice.
Each time, same cause: According to Google, my IP address was in one country (Ukraine!), but Citroen have me in another (Spain, which is correct). The country mismatch is not acceptable to Citroen, and must match the country which Cit has you down as.
It is fixed by checking out your IP address and location-according-to-google, iirc, and correcting it.

I tried this but my IP address was in the United Kingdom. I found that if I set the country to English (United Kingdom) in the bottom right hand corner before logging in, then the log in was allowed

The country made little difference when I tried, didn't make much difference from tablet or main computer, will check IP's dreckly.

If you really get stuck, just contact the Citroen administrators, and let them know you are unable to log on. Last time I did this, they sorted the problem their end, and I was back up and running with a couple of days.

Checked on my phone and it worked okay, will see what settings are different and change them a bit! ;-)
