Half close your eyes and give it a passing glance (because that's what it will get).
Circle text is only good at 90 degrees......try reading it at an angle
(IMHO)
Why half close your eyes, my eyes are on the lookout fully open at all times and I can read that curved text without any issues at all
Surely the 'observation' will be done while the car is parked up?
You're not suggesting that anyone would be reading the disc at speed or at an angle that makes it illegible?
Its a bit like someone who has 'doctored' number plates with funny slogans along the bottom.
If i see one i mosey on up and take a good look. I see the tax disc as performing the very same function.
Anyone interested will take a look and make a note of the url, dont see that having any text other than url is necessary and will make any difference to a decision to take a look at the website offerring.

It struck me that, whichever one we opt for, the text 'French Car Forum' really needs to stand out an awful lot to be readable at a glance.
... surely it's the DISC that attracts the attention though so as long as it is colourful enough in a 'French' sort of way then the url will be obvious.
Otherwise we may as well just have the website address in tricolor on a plain background in a large font, that'll be easy enough for anyone to see
