Hello, Friends!

I HAVE PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I have a ticket to ride for another year. The Tester pointed out a couple of minor problems that Papa will be getting his spanners out to sort. However, all is well and I am SO HAPPY!!!!!!!

Hello, Friends!

Well, my Lexia is working perfectly and Papa has used it to scan me, so I feel so much better.

The scan showed that when Papa pressed my brake pedal, nothing happened. So tonight, Papa had a fumble behind my dashboard. And discovered that the 2nd brake switch was missing.

So he needs to buy a switch. Quickly. And the collar.

Don't worry about the Wallet, Papa. I will sort that out if needed.......

Love

Before Papa buys a new switch ask him to take a LOOK at where the switch is meant to be. On Bluebird there is just ONE switch, but dual pole, so she has, in effect, two switches in one casing (with 4 wires going to it). The simple way to tell is by looking at the wiring. If there is one switch, and a hanging lead with a RED connector you need the second (Push to Break) switch, but if there is one switch, no hanging wires, and that switch has 4 wires going to it you have the dual pole switch (unlikely, based on what you have told us).

I do not know how easy it is to fit that RED switch, as I have not had to do so myself.

Hello, Uncle James.

I have 2 switches or would have if the other one was fitted. Papa poked his finger in the empty hole, I mean, taking a liberty or what? And he found the disconnected plug. He wiggled this one about!!!!

Oh, he is on eBay right now.......

OK, that is normal for the switch not to be fitted. Just make sure he gets the right one!

Hello, friends!

Must be pension day, Papa has bought a key code for me. So he can program my remotes to me now.

He says he will fire up Lexia tomorrow. Looking forward to this,

Otterchops.

Otterchops, make sure Papa knows to do ALL of the keys at the same session, otherwise you will 'forget' any keys that are omitted, and so you will not be prepared to start if they are used. Security feature.
