Bought the chain degreaser thinking it might do as a brake cleaner. When I read the small print at home, realised that it is soluable oil! I'm sure it will have it's uses; say removing LHM and other oil leaks!!

Got the inspection camera, thought it might be better than a mirror on a stick when I finally tackle the cam belt - we'll see ;)

The Lidl trolley jack finally came into its own last night (previously only used to remove wheels on the C15) lifted one front corner of the Caddy (as the 3 ton garage jack's down in Devon & car's in London) with surprisingly little effort: that long curved handle is really quite clever! Mind you it was only high enough to improve access to remove the remains of one foglight (first car I've had that even replacing bulbs at the front is not really a roadside repair).

'05 C15 :!:
'97 Xantia Exclusive estate [-o<
others:-
Jeep XJ Cherokees x 3 :?
'96 Cadillac Eldorado

& the numerous "abandoned projects" #-o

I found those wheeled creep boards a pain to use, get a tight screw to undo, a good pull on the spanner and you're shot out from under the car :) , there's what looks like a might be useful tool further down the same list, the damaged screw/stud remover kit.
