AX 1.1i injection issue

Hi,

I have a 1.1i from 1996. Recently I have an issue when the headlights are on.

The car starts juddering when the headlights are on when driven.

I have replaced the alternator few weeks ago.

The only thing you can do is measure the voltage across the bulbs, then work back in both directions (live and earth) to find the voltage drops. Or just fit a relay with heavy wires straight back to the battery...

Turns out to be a bad earthing cable from the battery to chassis.
