Now is the time to get ready to address that fitness mate, warnings are always better than events............

Sorry to hear about the heart attack, Old-Guy. At least only a minor one.

My usual response is to say that it's natures way (ie. your heart) of saying "Ey up, don't abuse me and take me for granted". Read some literature decades ago which included an addendum of feedback from heart attack patients, who said that in adopting their new lifestyle of excercise and what they ate, that they'd never felt better - hope this goes for you too :)

Having clutch issues and health issues myself, I'm glad the car is fixed, and hope it's not too long before you get better.

Guy, only just caught up with the news :shock:

Hope you're now well on the way to recovery....

Agree with what others have said about diet fitness and so on... Made a hell of a difference to me...
