That's me put off. Not a lover of yellow legs! And right enough Steve. 600 miles uphill in an activa towing another activa would get about 2 mpg, need 300 gallons fuel mmmmm mmmmm don't suppose the tct could be persuaded to run on waste veggie?

Really....look at Shiply, cost zip to get a quote and I don't get spammed. Get it dropped in a main hub area and its even cheaper.

I'm thinking of converting my V6 to LPG. Are ES9J4 engine reliable on LPG or problematic? Do they need additional lubrication of valves?

Not much done with V6, but almost every part that I need is at home 8-)

Seems that it was quite common on Pugs and Citroen V6's in France/Germany.
Most LPG systems also seem quite reliable....why not ?...it is not really engine related after the Air/Fuel is mixed/ingested.

Shortly I'm going to break my first activa for bits. It has serious rust problems so not a keeper in my opinion... The interior is in good condition therefore I'm planning to put it in my TD. Now is the interior (seats and door panels) inter changeable between an estate and a limousine?

Cloth. Could the rear seats be modified to fit? Door panel doesn't fit either?

I'm stubborn

Found this: http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/v ... hp?t=29756

So if I understand right just the pins to lock the seats are different and that makes them impossible to install...

One TCT Activa is saying goodbye... Major rust problems, so no point in rescuing it. One must die so another can live! You can see on the pics how the inside of the wheel arch get eaten away when the plug is missing a few years. So if you got a spot of rust on the back of the car it's probably pretty bad on the inside...

My goodness, that's bad :o What country had it spent its life in?

Indeed, there comes a time when one must die for the good of the survivors... I trust all useful items have been removed... Such as rams and so on...

Rams? What rams? I have in my possession (removed from cars) 3 front and 2 back activa rams now.

Yes rust is pretty bad. It was bad when I was still driving it. Then it was parked outside on rain, sun and snow for a year, so the result is here...

Managed to install seats from my broken activa to 1.9TD estate. Everything fits except rear bench for back support. It is mounted differently to the floor and locking pins are different. With a bit of metal bending and welding I did it! Didn't have time to modify the locking pin...

You'll get the idea by looking at pictures. I forgot to take more pictures as I was in a hurry, tired and a bit ill.
