Just been refused entry, then remembered this thread. Why on earth would they do this???? If they want their staff tied up for ages searching the computer for obscure Activa bits they've never heard of, they've gone the right way about it.

It was working on Malcolm's account last night .I was looking up what parts were for until 4 this morning when I get home from the workshops I will check it to see if it is still working

Mine's working fine (had to do a password reset first) then logged in and accessed docs ok.
