Can't be as bad as one of Gateshead's finest unfinished projects at £600 on Gumtree (no engine either )Zelandeth wrote:I've got a T25...well...a vaguely T25 shaped block of rust held together by some bits of solid metal anyway. It's not orange though, nor a ute. It's a home-brew camper conversion, and in a very faded pale blue colour, with patches of Hammerite in some areas, and then bits of rust or missing metal entirely...

Though mine does have an engine, and it runs, drives and stops just fine (even the handbrake works). Just the body that's shot! Aside from one outrigger, even the chassis seems to be pretty much fine.
This is what mine looked like when I first got it home.

I'd really love to be able to restore it to be honest, but I simply don't have the resources - that and the fact that it's currently parked 500 odd miles away and the cost of getting it trailered down here would be prohibitive.
My spot for the day comes under the heading of "once they were everywhere, but when did you last see one?"

Sorry for the blurry photo, it was far darker than the photo makes it look. Car looked to be in near mint condition at a glance though.
