LHM leak on the return... any "y" connectors handy?

I was repairing the larger rubber returns near the doseur valves, I used fuel line and connectors like these :

You might not end up with the same shape, but as long as the LHM makes it home to the reservoir

Do you have any idea about the thickness of the pipes? there are 4 pipes that need to be connected. Are they the same thickness.

Maybe two 3 way connectors will do the job. Can i use the existing pipes ?

Any advice appreciated.
