I lived with a Suzuki Cappuccino for two years happily. More than enough luggage space there for me!

P6 is one of my dream cars, I have to admit. Just fear I may never manage to afford one.

I know they're terribly common as classics go, but I do have a real soft spot for the MGB too. Don't know what it is, but there's just something I find terribly likeable about them.

...that said, this is coming from someone who also has an unhealthy obsession with Eastern Bloc metal...so probably doesn't mean much!

I got offered a P6B V8 *on lpg* 4 years ago for £1200 from the guy I ended up buying the Impreza off. He offered me a Supercharged Jag XJR for the same price as the Impreza too. I wish I bought it though 20mpg max was about it.. 330bhp though... and photos of it over 160 mph on the autobahn. It's one of the few cars I still hanker after.

A V8 P6 has always been one of my dream cars... Spare wheel is not an issue, a lot had them mounted on the boot-lid. To me that always looks really classy and cool...

There is a v8 P6 in the Reading area. I regularly see it when I go to my ByBox to collect my stock for the day. White, with the boot mounted spare wheel.

Early morning (well, about 7:00), when heading over to Emmer Green. I will check the reg, to see if it is the one posted here.

I'd not be surprised if it was James. Can't be that many white ones left now...

Just posted up the two unusual spare tyre examples in the Whatsthisthen? thread see if anyone knows what vehicles they are.

Coys are holding a Classic Car Auction at Ascot this Saturday 16th May. Many of the lots will well exceed our £10,000 but I did click on and read a bit more about these two items:-

The old MKIII Cortina is still a looker.. Best version in my opinion even if it was just a reshell of the MKII...

They could rust for England though...
