lexia where do i get one

Unread post by citroenc5mad »

Hi guys, was wondering where do I obtain a copy of this also I need the pin connector and everything any help appreciated.
I have looked on ebay but they all look the same I don't want to get a rubbish copy.

Only looking as EML came on again today and get fed up off paying garage fees to check it out.

A lot of members have purchased from Easy Diagnostics, either direct or through eBay and have in the main been pleased with the equipment and after sales service.

I can't actually recommend personally as I don't own a Lexia.

There is a thread here with a ton of info and experiences.

For -2008 Citroens any will work. For 2008- you need to be a bit more careful.

You need, a 2mb Laptop 80GB HD with Win7 32bit........64bit is a problem but with old laptops 98 serves very well. It has to have WiFi as well, either built in (best) or as a dongle.

Easy Diagnostics..I can say they were great with me, top chaps and to be able to call them regarding set up ect is worth a few more $$m over the EBay ones (you never know what you get)

Using mine with 64bit win 8.1 at the moment. Have also a virtual machine with 32bit XP which is lighter but haven't noticed any speed difference.

I've only got windows 7 however, I might reformat one and make it 32bit for this program, would it still run smoothly or not.

Also osx thanks for the link http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/181671138606?cm ... C&gxo=true" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Thinking off ordering that as it says compatible with windows 7.

It will run with win fine. In fact the last thing you need to do is a format as if you have the Pro or Ultimate version of win7 you get a virtual windows XP machine for free.
