quick HDI question

So it seems that one of my injectors has failed, I had a diagnostic laptop on it that came from a dealers, 3 of the injectors had almost identical values on-screen but the injector I would call number 2 (second from the left) had a much different value. It wasn't coming up with an error code as apparently its a mechanical error not an electric one. My question is, 2nd from the left, is that cylinder number 2? I have been told because of the way the engine is designed, the cylinders were counted from right to left, making the faulty one on cylinder number 3 (2nd from left, 3rd from right), is this correct?

Cylinder number one is at the gearbox end of the engine so the one furthest to the right when you open the bonnet.
