Yes, I know.. But the "Science" prooves it. One driver gets 80k out of a clutch, another with the IDENTICAL type car etc can get 160k ... what does that say.
ANYWAY.. the xantia setup seems to shrug it off well.. My clutch is hanging on in there right to the end. Ill post up pictures of the plate if I ever do swap it..

Back when I was an apprentice we used to put two clutches per year into a local vicars toyota, he had acquired the habit of using the pedal as a footrest 
I am still thinking of trying one of these boxes, but as my HDI only got on the road today maybe theres other stuff to do first, like nobbling the EGR. and fitting a new cambelt.

BXs since 1993 built 1.9 TZD turbo, got a S2 Xantia estate, brilliant car! 2013, Xantia HDI LX 110 2000 new car with 122,000, l C2 HDI Rusty rocket, C3 Picasso HDI new to me.
