It's a north-south engine (flat 4) Jim, so it might go in an RX8 if there's space, but you'd have real fun trying to get it in an Activa.

Neither, it's from an 848cc 1961 Mini.

What, water cooled? Far too complicated!! An engine from an A series Citroen would be ideal, it might even get an RX8 up to parking speed

To be fair we have had it moving at about 10mph, powered by an ES9 engine as well!

Might have possibly been a tow rope involved a bit

Well the Rover 75 found its new home today. I will miss it but it was never going to be a long term keeper, more something I wanted to drive for a while as I liked the shape and British-ness! My thoughts are they are a surprisingly well built car which rides very nicely and drives how you would imagine a large Rover to drive

However, I've got an uneasy feeling now, I'm back to just two cars!
