Can anyone answer these questions for me.
I have a Citroen C5 Exclusive 16V Auto (2.0l Petrol), 2002 reg.
1) Is there anyway to "dumb down" the automatic wipers or even bin them for a standard intermittent setting? I am getting sick of it going to full on - worse double speed when all I want is intermittent or normal speed. The automatic wipers seem like a good idea, just poorly implemented.
2) MY heater is great when I put it on 28c, gets nice a toasty. But when I turn it down to 27c it is like opening a fridge door. I used to sit my old Primera at 26c on low fans and be nice and comfy in the winter months.
3) I have not had a petrol car since 1997, is it worth putting in stuff like RedX or anything else to help the fuel economy these days or does it just come down to sensible driving to try and eek out what I can. I know I won't get hte 40+mpg I got driving a diesel but I want to get the best I can, and also being an automatic I am trying not to drive with a lead foot and late braking (as I have no clutch to dip now
Thanks
