Yep...

Rear high on stands. Suspension and Activa system de-pressurised...

Undo lower eye bolt in the Ram. I believe this is a 6mm Allen bolt but check.. This gives a useful guide to the preliminary work needed.

Then follow what it says here...

Note the use of mandrels. The remains of the old bush will generally be very tight in there.

Strictly you don't need to Mike as over time it'll depresureise itself. Doing it makes it a bit easier to move the ram around but generally if you wait a few hours it'll have naturally depressurised itself enough for it not to be a problem...

Why? :? To depressurise the balancing side of the system push and pull the rods behind the front wheels until the car stops trying to respond to the rod movement, sorted, two minutes work.
