I'm failry sure I've a knackered enine mount on the 1.8 and after 12 years I reckon I'll just change them all. Looking at the likes of Eurocarparts and theres a few listed . How many mounts are there in total would be great if anyone knows.
Had a look at an Irish site too and they list 5 . A right ,left and rear. Two are listed as rear axle though. The options are QH or first line. Is it much of a muchness when it comes to these sort of things or should I be looking at a better name?
Not sure if it will work but this is the list I'm working off. http://www.micksgarage.com/engine-parts ... -16v/9078/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Cheers

Re: Xantia engine mounts
shame I have the gearbox one on my desk in front of me right now, brand new.. and in need of a home..
there are 3 normally.. but I have a feeling some xants (v6? Hdi?) may have a fourth in the form of a torque link, going from the head to bulkhead..

Problem with being in Ireland is it would probably cost the price of it to post it.jgra1 wrote:shame I have the gearbox one on my desk in front of me right now, brand new.. and in need of a home..

Re: Xantia engine mounts
I found my OEM part nos from good old http://service.citroen.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Lots of posts here on how to use it. You can put in your Vin no and it goves you the real ones, you can then check with the suppliers. If you aren't sure then post your Vin no here, or PM me if you prefer and we can look it up for you.
Mine arrived a few weeks ago, just got to get on with it now. A friend made me two small metal cylinders I am hoping to use to push out the bottom joint, one larger than the bush and one slighly smaller, to be used with a threaded bar. May not work but easier than removing the driveshaft.
