Yep, a Dealer only part Froggy and a very common failure...

They're not overly expensive. If we know exactly what car, one of use can quote a part number from Service.Citroen for you...

Assuming its the Xantia as per the sig then service.citroen says:

Part Number Description Price excl. VAT Price incl. VAT
000014247C AIR HOSE 33.02 GBP 39.62 GBP

Ouch. Duct tape to the rescue me thinks!

Works for me :-D Good duct taper can be surprisingly effective and long-lasting. I did a repair on a small split in one of Rattiva's turbo hoses with it and it's still going strong despite actually having a new hose ready to fit..

The key is to use the best quality stuff you can lay your hands on...

Or what you can find at work

Worked fine to stop my daughter's house flooding like it did seven years ago. Small weep around the glass and through the corners of the beading was all, the houses adjacent were washed through and floors, furniture etc ruined. The next door neighbour was shoveling water out with a snow shovel.

The water rose another eight inches after that but my phone battery was done by then.

What about self-amalgamating silicone wrap? It's getting cheaper, and would look nicer than duct tape.

Mine went in the exact same place. Guess every time the air filter is changed it puts pressure on the hose.
