Indeed, quite. My daughter has one...

It's a horrid little thing really. It has the most wooden steering I've ever known. Absolutely nil feedback between the steering wheel and the roadwheels. It's unnerving Still, for Siany it's really just the job for learning on and buzzing around town and she loves it to bits...

Yes, factory is only a couple of miles from me and the damned things are everywhere.
